Omar García, radio journalist The Primerísima of Managua, spoke with Bicycle Diaries about the conflict between Nicaragua and Costa Rica for the border area of \u200b\u200bSan Juan River.

Earlier this month the government reported to the OAS tico its neighbor to the north by an alleged incursion and dredging the San Juan River in its territory. Nicaragua, however, denies allegations and argues that this is an area that belongs to him, covered by a decision last year to the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

After repeated complaints and a cross-media activity, the issue remains unresolved through diplomatic channels. Journalist Omar Garcia speaks of a government's uncompromising stance Laura Chinchilla from the very beginning of the dispute and have no will to resolve it through dialogue between both countries.

addition, although Costa Rica has no army since 1948, Garcia refers to the deployment of a "special army" of Costa Rican policemen with weapons of war to the area in conflict and possible U.S. involvement in support of this group. 11/11/1910
